I learned several things from my second day of mini sessions this last fall:
One – When most of your clients live in Silverlake, Los Feliz and the Eastern San Fernando Valley, as much as you may love that location in Agoura Hills, it may not be the best place to hold mini sessions.
Two – Do not hold late afternoon sessions on the first day of Daylight Saving time.
Three – Wow, I have some amazing clients whose kids genuinely adore each other. I saw some tired kiddos that late afternoon back in November, but ask them to cuddle on their brothers or sisters and all was right with the world. Warms my heart, and makes for some wonderful photos, too!
(Last but not least) Four – I will never ever get tired of photos of happy parents loving on their kids.
