I was SO EXCITED to do this session. Little Keegan here is the brand new baby brother of Addison, one of my daughter’s good friends, and I count their mama Nikki as one of my best mom friends. Nikki and her husband Troy are the coolest, and great parents. Addy and Keegan are very lucky to have them!
Keegan is just the mellowest little dude, with the awesomest eight day old mohawk you’ve ever seen :) He was working his “Brown Steel” look with those gorgeous eyes, and was just perfectly content to lay there while I snapped away. Then after a snack he took a little snooze, and we got to pull out the surfboard :) Keegan has a surf-themed room, and Troy was eager to see if we could get some shots of him on the surfboard. Luckily Keegan was feeling nice and full and sleepy, so he didn’t even notice! I love these shots, they are some of my very favorites to date.
Congratulations, Nikki, Troy and Addy! Keegan is a wonderful addition to your family, and Áine and I can’t wait to get to know him as he grows up!
