This session has some of the yummiest sunset light I have ever captured, and quite possibly my favorite family photo of all time.
We started out at this lovely family’s home, in their backyard, and I got to chase twins Arianna and Mattea around while they played. Arianna in particular loved it when her daddy held her upside down, she thought that was just the funniest thing ever :) They have this really awesome arch with twining grapevines on it that David and Jennifer used in their wedding, so I was really excited to get a photo of them as a family underneath it.
We then walked to a small park near their home and the sun was setting with the warmest, most golden glow right behind us. David had Mattea up on his shoulders and she threw her head back and laughed with such pure joy, it just made my heart burst to see it. I love seeing mamas and papas who adore their kids as much as David and Jennifer love their girls, and I am so lucky to get to capture it for them.
