RAIN!!! – {Sherman Oaks Child Photographer}

As I’m sure you know, California is in the middle of a wicked drought. We haven’t seen real rain around here in nearly three years. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, so it’s in my blood to really love rain and clouds and cold winters. This eighty degree February we just had was nice for playing outside with the kiddos but not so good for my soul!

The last few days of rain has been truly lovely, and Áine, my oldest daughter, leapt out of bed on Friday morning, put on her raincoat and boots, grabbed an umbrella and gloried in the downpour. She is truly my kid :)
